


SOMETHING ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Eleonora.
I spent the last decade as a Senior 3D Generalist in London and am now transitioning towards Organisational Psychology, combining my experience of how teams and organisations operate, develop, and change with psychological research and data analysis.
Since 2016, I’ve worked across advertising, film, and television at studios such as Industrial Light&Magic (Disney), Framestore, and MPC, delivering high-quality visual content in demanding production environments. Over time, my focus shifted from the artistic output itself to the systems behind it: leadership, management, learning and development, motivation, and how organisations approach change in practice.
I’m currently completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, while teaching 3D. Teaching allows me to directly experience how younger adults develop skills, where they struggle, and how to structure learning in a way that sticks. As a teacher and STEM ambassador, I am also deeply invested in inspiring the next generation, especially girls, and bridging the gender gap in tech and science.
What I bring is high-end VFX production experience, psychological research and analysis, and teaching, connecting creative practice with a more evidence-based understanding of how people and organisations work.

Female Leadership Apprenticeship lvl. 3 - Leadership program provided by Framestore through Instep UK which provides a certificate of ability with ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
The programme is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an effective first line manager. Duties include organizing projects; creating plans for workloads and overseeing them through completion; identifying solutions to complex problems that arise throughout execution; fostering relationships with internal/external teams; delegating responsibilities among subordinates when required.

Working in VFX, teaching 3D and studying psychology on the side. Focused on evidence-based approaches to workplace wellbeing, organisational change, and leadership. Developing quantitative and qualitative research skills, including statistical analysis (SPSS/R, Gorilla), research design, and evaluation of organisational interventions. Particular interest in improving working conditions, employee wellbeing, and performance in high-demand industries.

Working in VFX and studying psychology on the side to increase my skills as a Lead. Developed a strong foundation in core psychological disciplines, including social, cognitive, and organisational psychology. Dissertation examined work-life balance in hybrid creative industries, focusing on flexibility, organisational support, and boundary management. Acquired research skills in data analysis, experimental design, and critical evaluation of scientific literature.

Outreach
